Bar & Chiostro

Bar & Chiostro is a destination bar inspired by the history of our Hotel, where the classic bar meets mixology innovation by Juri Romano and his team. Relax in the shade of the 17th-century colonnade while gazing across the courtyard’s open-air gardens, featuring palm trees and exotic plants. Bar & Chiostro is the perfect spot for a light lunch, an aperitif with sea views, or an after-dinner drink. Enjoy an array of expertly crafted cocktails, fine wines, and a selection of gourmet snacks in this serene, historic setting. Whether you're unwinding after a day of exploring or beginning a night out, Bar & Chiostro offers a uniquely charming and relaxing ambiance.
