FUCCI DANIELE D.I. was born in Settimo Torinese (TO) in 1986 as a handicraft firm specialized in designing and manufacturing moulds for plastic products as ballpoint pens, fountain pens, felt pens, writing wares and cosmetic kits. Recently has started up the production of moulds for medical wares. Now a day the firm reckons on modern machinery in a workshop of 1000 mq and employs 14 high skilled employees whose main task is to improve product quality thanks to advanced technologies. Moulds are designed and manufactured beginning from a free-hand drawing or from a file Cad, from a fast prototyping pattern or a costumer idea. The codesing makes up esthetical an technical demands to create traditional or hot runner moulds using high quality materials that guarantee a high production. Usually we work on 5/6 orders at the same time and annually we produce 40 moulds for different wares. Tooling and equipment: we reckon on 5 sparkerosion plunge machinery (ElectricalDischargeMachyning process), on 3 working area for plate electrodes, 2 CNC lathe machines, 4 external and internal grinding machines, 4 surface grinding machines and different traditional machines. If requested we can make preproduction on soft tooling moulds, moulds inspection-test and sampling.
